- May 1998 – “CLIENT WAS UNHAPPY WITH PERFORMANCE WITH ACCOUNT. FILED COMPLAINT WITH MY COMPANY, ALTHOUGH I DISAGREE WITH CLIENTS COMPLAINT. MY FIRM DECIDED TO SETTLE COMPLAINT WITH [CUSTOMERS].” The matter settled for $180,000.
