INVESTOR ALERT—Centaurus Financial Broker, Bryon Martinsen, Has Pending Complaint Alleging Fraud And Unsuitability

- September 2005—Client alleges unsuitability in connection with the purchase of a “viatical settlement…” The matter was settled for $50,000.
