According to publicly available records released by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Damian Mamane has a pending customer complaint for $600,000 in which the customer alleged “fraud, excessive trading, unauthorized trading, churning…” The matter remains pending.

In addition to the foregoing customer complaint, Damiane Mamane was the subject of a second customer complaint in 2013 in which the customer alleged “unsuitable trades” caused him/her $900,000 in damages.
