Snowden Account Services Broker, Barry Snyder, Has Two Customer Complaints Disclosed On His CRD

Barry Snyder (CRD # 2385901) is a Financial Advisor at Snowden Account Services in Coral Gables, FL.  Barry Snyder has been in the securities industry since 1993 and previously worked at Lampost Capital, J.P. Morgan Securities, Credit Suisse Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities amd Goldman Sachs.

  • August 2019 – “Customer alleges excessive and unauthorized trading. Activity dates 12/06/2013-01/31/2015. This has moved to Arbitration. Customers allege investment strategy recommended was not in their best interests, and certain trades were made without their authorization. Activity dates 12/06/2013-01/31/2015.”  Alleged damages are $500,000.  The matter is currently pending.
  • November 2018 – “Loss in value of account in concentration positions, damages are unspecified.” The matter is currently pending.
