INVESTOR WARNING—Chadwick Carrick Has Pending Customer Complaint For Alleged Excessive Trading And Breach Of Fiduciary Duty

According to publicly available records released by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), on January 19, 2018, Chadwick Carrick became the subject of a customer complaint in which the customers allege “negligence, failure to supervise, excessive trading, churning, and breach of fiduciary duty.” The matter remains pending.
In addition, Chadwick Carrick was previously discharged by Morgan Stanley in 2009 for allegedly violating “firm policies and procedures by altering a journal form and letter of authorization…”
