Stephan Louviere is a seasoned litigator, who focuses his practice on securities litigation and arbitration matters. Mr. Louviere also has extensive experience handling cases involving the propriety of complex variable, universal and whole life insurance products. Mr. Louviere has litigated hundreds of securities and insurance related matters in state and federal courts, and in arbitration forums, including the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA) .

Mr. Louviere spent the first ten years of his legal career representing the world’s largest broker-dealers and their registered representatives, first with a Miami-based securities law firm, then with a national law firm. Mr. Louviere now devotes his practice to the representation of aggrieved individual and institutional investors.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Louviere utilized his M.B.A degree, serving as a banking officer, then as a registered representative and life insurance agent for two of the world’s largest brokerage firms and life insurance agencies. Mr. Louviere’s unique skill-set and training enables him to effectively and thoroughly analyze and prosecute claims.

Mr. Louviere earned his B.A. and M.B.A degrees from Louisiana State University. After eight years in the financial industry, Mr. Louviere attended law school, where he graduated cum laude from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Louviere is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
